Mr. Vishal Merchant transitioned from a banking career in 2003 to build a vision focused on transforming savers into confident investors. With a strong emphasis on technology and client-centricity, he has led SAFEinvest to achieve scale, operational efficiency, and industry recognition, including speaking engagements on platforms such as Cafe Mutual and NJ PBT.
A Science Graduate and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), he is also actively engaged in community service and personal development. His philosophy reflects the value of time and expertise: “Are you free tomorrow? No, I am expensive.”

Mrs. Ami Merchant brings a blend of discipline, warmth, and operational excellence to SAFEinvest.
